Known as one of the greatest pace bowlers in history, Kapil Dev is also India’s most revered cricketer of all-time. In 1983, he captained India to a Cricket World Cup victory and is the only player in history to have taken more than 400 wickets and score more than 5,000 runs in Tests. He has been named “Indian Cricketer of the Century” by Wisden Cricketers Almanack and was inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame in 2010.

After his playing days, he served as the coach of India’s National Team and was later appointed Chairman of India’s National Cricket Academy. An active ambassador for many of the country’s largest brands, Kapil has also enjoyed a successful career in Indian television, film and as a guest speaker.
