Patrik Berger (born 10 November 1973) is a retired Czech midfielder renowned for his impactful stint in the Premier League, especially with Liverpool, where he was celebrated for his powerful left foot, long-range shooting, and creative playmaking. Playing for Liverpool from 1996 to 2003, Berger contributed to the club's treble-winning season in 2000-2001, securing the FA Cup, League Cup, and UEFA Cup. He began his career at Slavia Prague, moved to Borussia Dortmund in 1995, and later starred for Liverpool before finishing his career with Portsmouth, Aston Villa, and Stoke City.
