Alessandro Del Piero (born 9 November 1974) is a retired Italian forward widely regarded as one of the greatest Italian players and top forwards in Serie A history. Spending most of his career at Juventus from 1993 to 2012, he became the club’s all-time top goalscorer and appearance maker, leading them to six Serie A titles, a UEFA Champions League, and an Intercontinental Cup. Known for his creativity, dribbling, and free-kick prowess, Del Piero began his professional career at Padova before joining Juventus. He also earned 91 caps for Italy, scoring 27 goals, and was instrumental in Italy’s 2006 FIFA World Cup victory. Del Piero retired in 2015, leaving a lasting legacy as one of football's most skillful and influential players.
