SKY SPORTS CONFIRMED AS UK TV BROADCASTER FOR REIGNWOOD ICONS OF FOOTBALL EVENT

10th February, 2025, London: Sky Sports has been confirmed as the exclusive UK TV broadcaster for the Reignwood Icons of Football tournament, taking place on March 1-2, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand. As one of the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year, the Icons Series brings together global football stars and golfing royalty in a competitive and entertaining team matchplay format.

This marks the first time the Icons Series will be held in Asia, hosted at the world-class Robinswood Golf Course in Reignwood Park. The tournament will see Team England, led by Lee Westwood, face off against Team World, captained by Sergio Garcia, in a thrilling two-day competition featuring 24 of the biggest names in football history.

Sky Sports will showcase both days of the 10-hole matchplay event live across Sky Sports Golf and Sky Sports Mix with a one hour highlights package being shown on Sky Sports Golf. Commentators will be made up of esteemed broadcasters who will cover all the action from Bangkok with behind the scenes access to players, caddies and captains.
